A large Oil company based in Aberdeen, UK. The customer has around 3,500 mailboxes held within Microsoft Exchange. Symantec Enterprise Vault is currently archiving from this platform.
Requirement
A Large Oil Company Based in Aberdeen had Enterprise Vault implemented and archiving to help ease the load off Exchange. However with limited resources to monitor it and ensure that configuration was optimized, they contacted MirrorSphere to provide a support and maintenance contract in order to help ensure it remains healthy.
Solution
The contract was an annual contract that allowed them the following services:
- Access to HelpDesk
- Monthly Pro-active Support
- Full Access to Enterprise Vault environment
