MirrorSphere Managing Director Spencer Dauphin said the award was aimed at students hoping to build a career in technology or who have a great technology-related idea.
Spencer said: ‘There are young people out there in Oxfordshire who are the innovators, entrepreneurs and inventors of the future. We want to recognise that potential and give one rising star a boost as they head off to start life at college, university or training.
